Planning volunteer (East & West Sussex)

We’re passionate about making the countryside in Sussex a better place for everyone to enjoy. Our vibrant team of volunteers inspire people to care for the countryside and the benefits it brings wherever they live.

We are looking for volunteers with planning experience and an interest in environmental and countryside issues. As a planning volunteer, you’ll be investigating planning applications which impact the Sussex countryside and helping us to influence their outcome. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to national consultations and policy development.

We particularly need planning support in the districts of Arun, Eastbourne, Rother & Hastings but have further opportunities across East and West Sussex.

By volunteering with us you’ll be helping to find positive solutions for the issues facing the Sussex countryside and environment.
