Network Assembly Coordinator (National CPRE)

CPRE is a network of 42 charities combining equally-valued national influence with local activism. We work hard to enhance, promote, and protect the countryside, including the communities within it.

CPRE has recently established a Network Assembly to provide a means for the Chairs of all 42 national and local CPREs to come together to: • Consider matters of interest to the CPRE network including policy priorities, major campaigns, membership, and fundraising • Shape, influence and advise what happens within CPRE, nationally and locally

We’re looking for a volunteer with strong administrative and organisational skills to work with and support the Assembly Chair with the effective management and operation of the Assembly. This is a new role and whoever takes it on will have a significant opportunity to shape the scope of the role and how it’s carried out.

The Assembly meets four times a year. Two meetings are hybrid (in person and online) and two online only. It’s expected that the role will require a commitment of 2-3 hours per week, with the weeks leading up to, and following, the Assembly meetings being the busiest.
