Volunteer Helper (Awards Volunteer - Living Countryside Awards 2023)

In 2023 we will be running the Living Countryside Awards and need some help to make them happen! The awards are a chance to celebrate and recognise the people and projects that are benefiting our county’s rural environment and urban greenspaces.

As an Awards Volunteer you will provide vital assistance to this project. Initially this will involve updating contact details of the previous entrants and researching organisations and projects that we can target for the 2023 awards. This will be between November 2022- February 2023 depending how quickly you work. There will be further administration and event support opportunities if you wish to continue beyond this time and play a bigger part in the Living Countryside Awards.

Hours are flexible and can be done remotely or in our office in Bedford on a Monday or Thursday.

Our friendly team will provide you with training and support to develop in your role. You’ll gain valuable skills and experience as you take part in the tasks which are of interest to you.
