We’re passionate about making the countryside in Leicestershire a better place for everyone to enjoy. Our vibrant team of volunteers inspire people to care for the countryside and enjoy the benefits it brings wherever they live.

We are looking for a Trustee who has excellent knowledge, experience of a variety of social media platforms such a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and can support the growth and development of CPRE Leicestershire through these media platforms and help with community fundraising.

Why we want you:-

  • To support the growth and development of CPRE Leicestershire through marketing medias and community fundraising.

What you will be doing:-

  • Your focus will be on developing various avenues of fundraising, marketing and engagement.
  • To identify, develop and organise key fundraising activities through digital and community fundraising, and marketing avenues
  • To create the networking and engagement plans which can grow membership as well as generate interest in our charity Vision
  • Forming a forward plan to achieve the long term growth plan of CPRE Leicestershire.

The skills you need:-

  • You will have excellent knowledge and experience of a variety of social media platforms such a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • A fundraising and marketing background (preferably in a charity background)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and energetic with excellent organisational skills
  • You will be confident using digital analytics tools to monitor and report on outcomes

Our friendly team will provide you with training and support to develop in your role. You’ll gain valuable skills and experience in charity governance.
