Planning volunteer (Cheshire)

We’re passionate about making the countryside in Cheshire a better place for everyone to enjoy. Our vibrant team of volunteers inspire people to care for the countryside the benefits it brings wherever they live.

Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to help us champion environmental issues such as the climate emergency, renewable energy, biodiversity and sustainable transport.

With your support we can do even more! Planning volunteers have an essential role in responding to planning applications on behalf of our charity.

Our friendly team will provide you with training and support to develop in your role. You’ll gain valuable skills and experience in the planning process for a range of different developments.

Our planning meetings are held monthly on Thursday mornings, and we would like to encourage you to attend some of these meeting if possible (they are currently held on Skype), but other aspects of the role can be carried out when convenient.
